Q. What are your opening times?
A. Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm.

Q. Where are you based?
A. We are based at: Norman Way Industrial Estate, Over, Cambridge CB24 5QE.

Q. Do you charge for delivery?
A. We aim to never charge a carriage fee. However, in some circumstances if you wish for products to be delivered out of our delivering radius a carriage charge may be applied.

Q. Can I open a credit account?
A. We can open an account for anybody, as long as they meet certain criteria.

Q. Do you have a price list?
A. We do not keep a price list as such, please call or email us a list of items you wish to be priced and we will send you a quotation.
